Bugyal Trek
The best time to undertake a Bugyal Trek is during the summer, especially in May and June, or in the autumn season, from September to October. The weather is generally pleasant during these periods, with clear skies and comfortable temperatures. The Bugyal Treks are moderately complex and suitable for beginners and experienced trekkers. They involve moderate altitude gain, with the trek's highest point reaching around 10,000 to 12,0000 feet above sea level. While doing this trek, staying hydrated and pacing oneself are essential to prevent altitude sickness.
