• 100% payment at the time of booking.

• Our management holds the right to alter or modify the tour programs as per the situation's demand.

• Tour price is subject to change due to any change in Railway, Air, Ship, or Bus fare at the time of booking, which is unforeseen by the travel agent.

• The rate will change if the government amends the service tax (even after the school or travel agent confirms the tour).

• Rooms are subject to availability at the time of final booking. If the hotels are unavailable, a similar kind/quality of the hotel will be provided, which can change the above package cost.

• The rate will change in the case of any amendment in service tax by the government (even if it is after the confirmation of the tour by the school & travel agent).

• In any case, if the tour duration exceeds due to natural calamity or any type of detention caused, viz.

• The students will bear the cost of vehicle breakdowns, local bandhs, agitations, roadblocks, train cancellations, or any other such happenings, as well as the extra cost of food, lodging, and transportation.

• Management will not be liable for any loss or damage to life, property, or any other belongings of the students caused by any accident, theft, robbery, or any other unwanted happenings during the tour.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and are valid for Indian nationals only.

• Tour price is subject to change due to any change in railway, air, ship, or bus fare or any government taxation rule during or after the booking.

• We will charge the same amount per child for the teacher’s word in case a discount is required; the rate will change as per the requirement.
