Voluntary Service
We help students learn how to help the needy and disabled. Students will volunteer in hospitals, care centers, detention centers, and similar places during the program.
Adventurous Journey
The adventurous journey encourages students to explore the world around them with adventure historical places. We strive to find the dynamics of groups in difficult situations and go on a purposeful journey.
Skills
The skill section in the program develops practical skills and interests. Our skill programs include music, crafts, arts, games, life, and vocational skills.
We offer schools new ways to broaden their curriculum. ELF Outdoors believes learning should go beyond the chalk-and-talk model and occur in the wider community. We strive to allow students to develop soft skills such as leadership, teamwork, and confidence. With IAYP programs, we can provide students with a holistic education.
ELF Outdoors work together to develop confident, responsible, reflective, innovative, and engaged learners. We strive to create opportunities for young people to develop skills, get physically active, serve their local community, and explore various places.
Our IAYP focuses on students’ self-development between the ages of 14 to 25. We offer young people new skills, help them experience new challenges, create new friends, and explore around the world. These things make students curious and become responsible citizens in the future.
The IAYP program with ELF Outdoors helps students participate in extracurricular activities and receive recognition. It helps build confidence in students by working on new skills and things. The IAYP programs help students while applying for college, university, or job. It also helps students develop interpersonal skills like teamwork, time management, problem-solving, etc.
A medical team is always on standby during programs to address health concerns or emergencies. We ensure the safety and well-being of every student.
Before each program, students receive thorough training to ensure they are well-prepared for all activities.
At ELF Outdoors, all equipment and facilities undergo regular inspections to maintain safety standards and ensure the correct operation of tools and resources.
Experienced instructors lead all programs with the necessary skills and knowledge to guide and support participants effectively.
After completing the program, participants are encouraged to provide feedback, which helps to improve future experiences and address any areas of concern.
Each program has clear learning objectives to ensure participants gain valuable skills and knowledge relevant to their personal and educational development.
