Mostly, traveling outside India requires a visa. Except for Bhutan and Nepal.

You only need Visa for International trips with a valid passport. The passport should have six months validity before the departure date.

Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian food will be served. However, local cuisines are encouraged to embrace the culture. Special dietary food such as vegan, gluten-free, and Jain food– can be arranged on request. ELF Outdoor takes special care of all food allergies when informed.

We work with reputed insurance companies like (name of the company). Our programs are covered with extensive travel insurance.

An expert ELF outdoor journey leader with school teachers will accompany the group.

Carrying essentials on tour depends on the weather conditions, location, time of travel, and the number of days you’ll be away from home. The basic information will be covered in the pre-departure meeting in school.

You may provide a mobile phone to your child for quick connectivity. However, ELF Outdoor journey leader will share the whereabouts of students to schools and our team in India.

We discourage children to carry a large amount of money as everything will be pre-booked by ELF Outdoor.

During International tours, we suggest one suitcase of 20kg and below.

Our staff is highly trained and experienced in risk management. We follow a simple tool of AMP (Analyze, Manage, Prepare) to prevent or manage all types of risks faced during our trip.
